Editor’s Note: As of January 2026, KPA separated into two companies. KPA serves the automotive industry. The EHS software formerly known as KPA Flex is now Novara Flex.

The American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) reported on a KPA-led webinar, OSHA Reporting and You, led by KPA EHS Regulatory Compliance Manager, Zach Pucillo, CSP, CHMM.  The article outlines sections of Pucillo’s presentation, covering the steps to determining whether an incident is recordable or reportable to OSHA. Pucillo also provides an overview of what OSHA’s recordkeeping requirements are for the federal agency.
