Operations Analyst, Vety Villatoro, has grown with Novara for 17 years. She’s worn many hats, learned new skills and grown professionally and personally while with the company.
Her excellence is recognized throughout the organization through the Core Values recognition program, where employees go out of their way to recognize, or nominate, another employee for exhibiting Novara’s Core Values: integrity, helpfulness, excellence, agility, respectfulness, and/or teamwork. A Core Values winner is voted on each month from the pool of nominees. In 2020, Vety was an eight-time Core Values nominee, two-time winner, and recipient of an annual Novara recognition program, Summit Club.
