This training for CMV managers and drivers covers the relevant sections of the FMCSA regulations for alcohol abuse in the workplace. Topics discussed include signs and symptoms of alcohol abuse and how to recognize them, the process of making a reason suspicion determination, and testing procedures.
This training satisfies FMCSA requirements for employees in a supervisory role to receive at least 60 minutes of training on alcohol misuse (49 CFR §382.603).
