This HRCI-approved training defines inappropriate behavior and unlawful harassment in the workplace. It provides strategies on how to recognize harassment, prevent harassment, and how to appropriately report harassment.
It is intended for employees in the following states: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, GU, HI, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY.
Employees in the following states need to take the Anti-Harassment Training for their specific state: CA, CT, DE, IL, MD, ME, NY, OR, TX, VT and Washington D.C.
