This HRCI-approved training starts with an overview of manager responsibilities, then defines inappropriate behavior and unlawful harassment in the workplace. It provides strategies on how to recognize harassment, prevent harassment, and appropriately report harassment.
It is intended for managers in the following states: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, GU, HI, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY.
Managers in the following states need to take the Anti-Harassment Training for their specific state: CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, ME, NY, OR, TX and VT.
