This class will focus on the important topic of physical and chemical restraints. We may think we’re restraint free, but are we really? We all know that our residents have the right to be free from both physical and chemical restraints. In fact, most (if not all) facilities now have a zero tolerance policy for the use of restraints when used for discipline, convenience or when not medically justified. Length: 60 minutes 1 CEU. Approval codes will be avail on the course certificate upon completion of the course.
