It provides strategies on how to recognize harassment, prevent harassment, and how to appropriately report harassment. This course includes Abusive Workplace Conduct Prevention to meet the one-hour training requirement. This training is for all California employees and is consistent with current California laws including SB1343, SB1300, and SB778.
