Novara Names Winners of Annual 2026 Flex Impact Award at Connect Live at Connect Live
Eight organizations recognized for measurable gains in safety reporting, training, and risk management
DENVER — Oct. 29, 2026 — Novara, the leader in safety and operational risk management software, today announced the winners of its 2026 Flex Impact Awards at Connect Live 2026, its annual user conference. The program recognizes customers who use Novara’s Flex platform to identify hazards earlier, train their workforces, and resolve issues before they become incidents.
“The Flex Impact Awards celebrate safety teams that do the hard part: getting people to report what they see, closing every investigation, and making training stick,” said Laura Miles, Director of Customer Success and Implementation at Novara. “These organizations turned Novara Flex into the way their teams spot and stop risk every day. Their results show what happens when a whole organization owns safety, not just the safety department.”
This year’s winners span construction, energy, oil and gas, utilities, agribusiness, and food production. Their collective results include investigation times cut from more than 100 days to under 15, training completion raised from 30% to 94%, and more than 4,000 hazard reports filed by field crews in less than a year.
