Novara Kicks Off Connect Live 2026 with a Focus on Helping Safety Leaders See Risk Sooner and Act Earlier
Denver, Colo. — Oct. 28, 2026 — More than 300 safety and operations leaders from construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, and utilities are gathering in Denver this week for Novara Connect Live 2026. Over three days, attendees will explore how to get earlier visibility into risk, act on it sooner, and put the latest innovations in Flex to work. Attendance is up more than 40% from 2025, making this the largest Connect Live to date and the first under the Novara brand.
From compliance records to earlier intervention
In the opening keynote, Novara CEO Michael Bruns said the signs before a serious injury are typically already present but spread across systems that don’t share data. Training records live in one place, contractor credentials in another, and inspection findings in a third. The risk becomes visible only when those records are viewed together, and few organizations have that view today.
“The signals that come before a serious injury are usually already in your data,” Bruns said. “AI can help connect them and show where risk is building. But insight alone doesn’t change conditions in the field. People do. Our job is to give safety teams the evidence and tools to act sooner, and to keep their judgment at the center of every decision.”
Advancing AI innovation and operational risk management
Connect Live sessions across the three days address sustainability, preventing serious injuries and fatalities, contractor risk and visitor management, and the right role of AI in safety programs. The program includes hands-on training, customer-led discussions, continuing education credits, and working sessions with Novara product teams.
Several Connect Live sessions focus on Novara’s continued investment in AI-powered capabilities designed to reduce administrative burden, streamline frontline reporting, and uncover meaningful patterns.
